4. Pricing
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Mpact Plastics reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
- Pricing errors will be corrected where identified; we are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect price.
5. Orders & Payment
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- Accepted payment methods include: Debit and Credit card payments, Instant EFT, Manual EFT and Scan to Pay.
- Mpact Plastics reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates.
- Mpact Plastics is not liable for delays caused by couriers, strikes, extreme weather, or events beyond our control.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items.
- Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue. MPact Plastics may replace the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
- Mpact Plastics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with POPIA. It will not be sold or shared with third parties except for delivery and payment processing purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
